Now that we’re seeing those 12V plug in camper coolers popping up at garage sales and thrift stores, it’s time to make something interesting and useful out of one. Inside, you’ll find a peltier device, which is a very unique thing indeed, as it converts electrical power in such a way that one side get’s hot and the other cool, which is basically what makes those camper coolers work.
