		<description>Problem: matter can NOT be changed into energy, nor can energy be changed into matter; the energy is simply being changed from chemical to heat/electricity/whatever.

The ethanol is being broken down and releasing the energy stored in the chemical bonds to the molecules around it in the form of heat energy.</description>
